Just as our students develop lasting and meaningful relationships with their equine partners, Equest wants to extend the joy of that horse and human bond to its donors. If you are interested in adopting a therapy horse, please contact us at 207-985-0374.

This unique fundraising program encourages corporations, foundations, and major donors to make a lasting contribution to Equest in a way that connects with them personally. Through the Adopt-a-Horse Program, a specific horse is assigned to a specific donor for $5000 per year. The funding received enables Equest to provide the best care possible for its therapy horses and at the same time continue to keep its rates affordable.
